This addition could be a front or back porch, a room that is an extension to the primary structure, or even building a garage. In essence, the addition of a new room serves the purpose of making the property larger, more spacious, and having more to offer. But, what if you lack the time or resources to make an addition? There are other means of improving the exterior of the home such as re-painting, re-siding or installing new doors and or windows. Essentially, anything that can make your home look new and improved will have a positive effect on the equity of the home.
Beware of certain home improvement strategies that may not appeal to everyone. For example, adding an in-ground swimming pool may be appealing to some. Others will look at it as a very expensive amenity. As a result, it may deter some people from purchasing as not increase the value of a home. Then again, there will be those individuals that will look at an in-ground pool as a valuable aspect. So, this would be a “question mark” as opposed to an item with a definitive value.
Sticking with tried and true equity boosting methods however, generally can’t go wrong. That is conventional wisdom to live by.

I was also surprised at the lack of watches on the market that actually hold music on the watch itself. The reason I wanted a watch was that I don’t want to take my phone with me when I go, it becomes awkward. So now I have a very accurate GPS on the TomTom Runner 3, can see where I’ve been, how far I’ve run and how fast. I connect the TomTom Runner 3 with Strava to share with my friends and I even now use an app called Relive to create a video of it that shows my run as if a helicopter had been following me. If you’re going to use both apps, ie the TomTom app and Strava, I’ve found there will be a slight discrepancy in the numbers, so I always go with what TomTom tells me because that’s where the original tracking came from. I tried the headphones once and they were too tinny for my liking, the sound was brilliant so I stick to the headphones already use. They connect to the watch via Bluetooth. When you pair them, make sure the headphones are in pairing mode first AND THEN press up on the watch to the pair them, it works better that way than vice versa. Overall I love this watch. It does exactly what I want it to. The only way I can think to make it better from my point of view is to make it a little more stylish so I want to wear it all the time, at the moment I just use it for running because it’s ugly. And if I could put my Spotify workout playlist on there instead of having to get the MP3s and transfer them.
